Intro —
Though the Staff does not want to have to enforce major rules, rules are necessary to ensure a safe and relaxed community for everyone. We aren’t attempting to restrain freedoms, making this a dull, bland environment, but instead make it a friendlier and more welcoming to anybody that’s everybody.
A final note: All registered users are required to follow and abide by these regulations -- “I didn’t know that was a rule!” will not be, in the least bit, a decent response when confronted with a warning, or even a ban.

The Warning System —
- The First Warning: Strike one isn’t very severe, usually ticketed if you have been caught spamming or flaming. Expect to be contacted by an Administrator or a Moderator explaining why you got that strike.
- The Second Warning: You will be ticketed on two accounts: 1) If you already have a one warning, and continued the same behavior, or 2) If you conduct any horrid or lewd actions (i.e. pornography, racism, threats, or anything of that nature). Again, you will be contacted by an Administrator or a Moderator explaining why you got that strike and promptly put on a 24 hour ban.
- The Third Warning: Bid the forums a Fond Adieu! You’re gone! Administrators and Moderators will discuss your case, and ban you. It might be as short as one day or it could be one year. It depends on what exactly you’ve done. It’s a ban nonetheless and will we make it as public and as humiliating as possible.
Remember, all in all, it’s the Administrators’ choice, so we recommend not to get on their bad side.
We won’t play favorites, and we may not enjoy warning you, but any action that has to be taken will be taken

Topics and Posting —
Never create a new topic with content that’s relevant in an existing topic.
- We will not tolerate spamming, flaming, or anything similar (i.e. posting everything on caps lock, or double and triple posting).
- If you’ve come with the intentions to post obscene language, pornography, or overly graphic images you’re in the wrong place. Those measures will result in a Secondary Warning.
- Bumping topics that have been inactive for at least a week, or more is a bad idea. Not that you will be warned with a ticket, but if done enough, intentionally, we will warn you. If it’s stickied, though, bumping is not an issue.
- Distributing material that violates copyrighting laws on the forums, or anywhere on the site is a bannable offense. This includes any warez.

Users and Authorities —
Any form of fighting on or off the site between two users of more is unacceptable. In certain events someone may be banned. If you’re being ganged up on, please report it to a fellow staff member.
- If you trouble a staff member for taking action against you or a friend, or any other reason we will proceed to ban or suspend you.
- Administrators and Moderators have to abide by the rules as well. If you feel any authority is abusing their powers, please contact another staff member immediately.

Common Sense —
We can’t stress this enough: Don’t be stupid. That goes without saying! If your going to be a smartass about it, we will ban you. If you don’t know common sense, you shouldn’t be allowed on the internet.

Signatures and Avatars —
Signatures —
Acceptable -
- One Image at maximum: 500x500
- If you have two or more they must add up to, maximum: 500x500
- If you have an image in your signature, you are allowed maximum, three lines of text
- If no images, maximum, six lines of text
Unacceptable -
- No copyrighted images or renders
- Images cannot contain pornographic images, though, if the nudity is censored without question, then it’s okay
- Do not link any pornographic or illegal content in your signature
Avatars —
Acceptable -
- An image at maximum 60x60
- Images are allowed to have animations
Unacceptable -
- The same goes for the signatures: No copyrighted images or renders
- Images cannot contain pornographic images, though, if the nudity is censored without question, then it’s okay

Attempting to find loopholes will not save you from being banned. Anything not listed, most likely, falls under common sense, and again, if you don’t have any you won’t last long here.
The Staff at o9Media doesn’t want to ruin your experience by drowning you with rules, but management is necessary. If you have any legitimate reasons that a rule is unfair, please contact a staff member as soon as possible.
